The Sweater Dress

So I haven't posted in FOREVER! Which is kinda terrible haha. So I hope everyone had good holidays and a nice break from school. I know I did. This Christmas I got an adorable sweater dress. I love sweater dresses because they are really easy to dress up for like a nice date or a fancy dinner or you could dress down for a day at the mall or just chillin with friends. To dress it up I suggest wearing it with leggings some nice flats or maybe high heels then add some jewelry like pearls or some thing sparkly. To dress it down you could wear it over jeans with boots maybe. Emma Watson

I love Emma Watson! She has the best style! I really look up to her, she is a fashion icon. She can work anything including her super short hair cut. Now at first I did not like it at all but when I saw a picture of her at the Deathly Hallows Premiere I changed my mind.

She wore Rafel Lopez. And that dress is gorgeous! I want it! Emma looked sophisticated and stlyish. I did really like her hair before but I think she can rock this look too. What do you think?

The Perfect Bag!

What is the perfect bag? It would have to be able to go with almost everything in your closet and be able to hold your phone, walet, keys, lip gloss, and more. It has to adorable yet durable. Is it even possible to find a simple bag that can do all of these things? Hmmm.....well thats what I'm trying to figure out. I have found a couple bags that could just be the perfect bag. I have searched site after site and here are the top choices (in my opion).

Inspiration

When ever I get ready in the morning I always have music playing. It relaxes me, wakes me up, and inspires me as to what to wear that day. Foe example, one day I was listening to to Taylor Swift it kind of inspired me to wear a sweet little dress with leggings because of her girly songs, another day I was listening to Bowling for Soup and it inspired me to wear skinny jeans, a t-shirt, and converse because of their more carefree rocker attitude. I like it when I can find a song that matches the I've had or want to have. I dont know what I'd do if I didnt have Taylor Swift's love songs to get me through those boy crazed days or Katy Perry's fun songs for those days I just want to dance around my room. Another thing that reallys influences me when I'm getting dressed it whatever magazine is laying around my room. I always have a copy of teen vogue or seventeen in my room if not more than one :). I usually flip through them at night and then in the morning if I remember something really cool I'll go back and try to put my own spin on it. Or if I can't thing of anything to wear I'll go through them and pull some inspiration from there if its an old issue or one I just got in the mail. I pull inspiration from everything around me to try to show whats going on right now. If I'm in sweats you canprobably beat that I feel like taking a very long nap, if I'm in skinny jeans and a rocker tee I most likely feel like pulling out a guitar and rocking the day away, if I wear a dress I kinda wanna be swept off my feet by a handsome price, or if I wear somecool funky jewelry I'm feeling cooky crazy. So tell me when you get dressed in the morning what inspires you to wear what you put on? Please comment and subscribe...if anyone is acctually reading this.....

It feels like fall!

Finally I dont know about you guys but I like the feeling of fall. Its the best! This fall what I've been noticing in magazines is that the kind of "in" thing is grunge. The oversized jackets, the military boots, and etc. I personally kind of like this look as long as it isnt over done. Maybe a nice oversized jacket, t-shirt, jeans, and then the boots. I think that'd look good what do you think?? Tell me your ideas below on how you think the grunge look should be worn. This fall I'm so excited to pull out my leather jacket. I get a leather jacket every year if its a slim one for fall or one thats made for more winter wear. Its kind of like my one staple do you know what I mean?? Is there one thing you always get?? Hello and Welcome

Hello there!! And welcome to my little blog. I'm Callie and I've only done one other blog before and it was kind of just venting space but this time I wanna do a fashion blog because thats what I love. I want to become a editor of a magazine when I grow up. And what better way to go ahead and get my name out there then to write my on blog about whats going on. So its October and finally starting to feel like fall and I love it! I bought a leather jacket at the beginning of the school year and I can finally start to wear it! :D So, right now I'm going to just give you a quick idea of how my blog is going to work. What I'll do is post about every week or so or whenever I have a burst of energy or creativeness. I would also really really like for anyone to post comments ( please keep them nice and clean) about what they think of my posts and give me some ideas. So leave me a comment if you want right here.
